I will be away from the clinic from the 19th of December and will be back on the 5th of January. My work will be covered for some of that time so you will still be able to get seen. However, should you need anything specifically from me before those dates, please do arrange an appointment.

The first Grande Prairie menopause cafe will be held on:

Unfortunately, the venue can only accommodate 25 people and I am working on arranging other options for additional cafes. 

I’ve been genuinely amazed by the amount of interest in the idea of a menopause café - much more than I'd have imagined. While I’m planning to run several cafés in the future, this forum will serve as an online space for conversation to complement the in-person meetings.

This is a free forum for discussion of women’s experiences, both in relation to menopause and across other aspects of female health. Everyone is welcome to share, listen, ask questions, and support one another in a respectful and inclusive space.
